This computer was built by me in the summer of 2012 and i've added things to the set-up since then. The AMD 6 core (Fx6100) easily breezes through games allowing you to really get into the gaming experience and with 8GB of RAM which is definitely more then enough for even the most demanding games. With a custom CPU cooler, you can be assured that the CPU will never overheat. The Sapphire 7850 2GB graphics card is able to produce graphics on games that will immerse you into them, feeling at one with the gaming scenario you'll find yourself in. With this connected to the M5A97 Motherboard from Asus, you can let yourself be reassured that there will be no nightmares that some motherboards create as this is a quality piece of kit from a well known manufacturer. With two SSDs running at extremely high read and write speeds (Samsung 840 and Crucial M500), with 120GB storage capacity each, you can have the operating system installed on one, and any games you have installed on the other. This allows you to get into a game as quickly as possible, speeding past computers that use only hard drives. To allow you to store more data, there is also a 500GB hard drive (Western Digital Blue), just incase you have documents, photos or music that you want to store but you don't need the speed of the SSD to use them. The whole computer rig is housed in a Fractal Design Define R4. Which is a very modern, sleek and quiet gaming case - though it still provides ample air flow. With a Glass window, it allows the user to get lost in the electronics of the computer and show off to friends when they come round. The whole system is also powered by a modular power supply from corsair, allowing for more airflow in the case, meaning cooler components. Producing 750W, you could easily add another graphics card to get even more graphical power. The Set-up also comes with a dedicated sound card, producing much clearer sound and also taking precious load off of the CPU. To match this sound card, there is a 5.1 surround sound system from Logitech which leads to even more immersion. With a total RMS power of 70W, you can be sure that even your neighbours could hear the whispers of characters in your game if you wanted to. If the situation requires more of a talkative, team-play based mission, then you could switch over to the Razer Kraken Pro headset. With a fully retractable microphone, you could easily disconnect these headphones and use them to listen to music on a commute. To view your gaming experience, a 24" 1080p monitor from Acer (which is extremely thin) will produce an amazing scene in front of you. With a second monitor (19" Dell - Relatively old, though still a quality panel) for viewing webpages, watching what song is playing on iTunes or using for video chatting whilst gaming, you can increase your workload. This reduces the amount of time it takes for you to switch applications as it will be right there in front of you. The Roccat Kova[+] mouse, Steelseries QCK Mass mousemat and Microsoft Sidewinder x4 keyboard will provide more then enough control over the computer, and with the keyboard and mouse having backlight functionality, you will never need to have a light on at night again - as the keys will be lit. An Xbox 360 computer controller will also allow you to use that instead of the mouse and keyboard, which is extremely helpful for racing games and flying any air vehicles. There is Windows 7 that can be installed onto the system, this is dependent on whether you can This is a good gaming computer, and if the purchaser would like to upgrade in the future, they can more then easily do so. The reason i'm selling the computer is because I'm planning on going to university this year and so need more of a work computer rather then gaming computer.
